Shy Club Introvert Teen Group

If your Quiet Teen has been called shy, introverted or sensitive, Shy Club may be a helpful resource to help them find their voice, manage emotions and feel more confident socializing in a group.

Shy Club is an after school group for Quiet Kids of all genders that meets for 8 weeks in Downtown San Francisco.

Two groups offered: ages 12-14 or 15-17

Through the use of dialogue, mindfulness exercises, communication skill building and creative projects, this group is designed to help your teen:

  • Increase self-esteem and feel more comfortable to be themselves around others.

  • Gain confidence to use their voice and communicate needs.

  • Learn to set boundaries, even when that is difficult.

  • Discover tools to take better care of themselves.
