In this 4-part workshop series designed specifically for the Highly Sensitive Person, you will gain support from a small community of like-minded folks while you learn practical tools to manage overwhelm and anxiety. Each week we’ll explore a different theme such as mindfulness techniques, lifestyle adjustments and self-care strategies to help reduce stress and find more balance.
